Kelly Gale certainly works hard for her enviable figure.
And during an Instagram Q&A session with fans on Sunday, the Swedish-Australian model revealed she never weighs herself and still indulges in treats.
Sweating it out in a sauna while showing off her eye-popping cleavage in an orange crop top, the 24-year-old also shared her tips on dealing with sugar cravings.

'Healthy dark chocolate and nut butters [for a snack],' the brunette beauty said.
Kelly added that she doesn't 'really crave bad, unhealthy foods anymore', but when she's wanting to indulge it's 'dark chocolate and peanut butter'.
She encouraged her fans to find healthier options of sweet treats that 'still taste really good' - such as switching from white sugar to coconut sugar or honey.
Kelly, who has walked the Victoria's Secret runway five times, spoke in greater depth about diet and exercise, in an interview with Vogue Australia in November 2018.

'I work out six days per week all year round, and usually work out two hours per day, and on top of that, I like power walking 15 to 30 kilometres each day,' she said.
Kelly told the publication that she has always had healthy food habits, and consumes a balanced diet of lean protein, vegetables and healthy carbohydrates.
'I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods, so for me it's just natural to eat very healthy,' she said. 'I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow-release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt and lots of berries and fruits.'
