The man who fatally crashed into four Pepperdine University sorority sisters has been revealed to be a star baseball player whose family live in a $8.7million Malibu sea cliff mansion.
Fraser Michael Bohm, 22, was charged with vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence after the four college students were mowed down and killed - but he was later released from custody.
The victims of Tuesday's crash were named as Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams. They all died at the scene on the Pacific Coast Highway, California, in an area known locally as 'Dead Man's Curve.'
All four were seniors studying at Pepperdine's Seaver College of Liberal Arts in Malibu, and they were sisters in the Alpha Phi sorority.
Bohm, the 6'4", 190lbs BMW driver, was arrested two days after his 22nd birthday.
If the former baseball player is convicted of the felony charge, he may face two to six years in prison, according to California state law. But if a prosecutor files it as a misdemeanor, the maximum penalty is one year in county jail.

Bohm spent just five hours in jail, before being released at 7.20am, records show.
Following the crash, as ambulances took the women's dead bodies from the scene, Bohm was seen sitting on a ledge, bowing his head, next to emergency personnel.
According to witnesses, he had attempted to flee the scene and had to be 'tackled down' and stopped by students from the nearby Pepperdine Sigma Chi fraternity.
Fraser Bohm, 22, attended private $31,250-a-year Oaks Christian High School near Los Angeles - the same school as Lionel Richie's daughter, Sofia Richie Grainge - where he was on the baseball team before he graduated in 2020.
Videos online showed the blond-haired baseball player pitching for his school team.

Images obtained by DailyMail.com also showed Bohm's lavish Los Angeles life - flying on private jets, posing with celebrities, and attending swanky dinners.
Before deleting his Instagram page in the wake of the crash, Bohm had over 8,000 followers.
Records from the Los Angeles County Superior Court shows that Brooke Bohm, his mother, filed a divorce lawsuit against his father Christopher in 2017.
His bond was set at $50,000, but payment was not required for his release on October 18, because he was freed by police pending further investigation.
According to the California Penal Code, he was released on the grounds that 'the officer is satisfied that there are insufficient grounds for making a criminal complaint against the person arrested.'
As of Thursday afternoon, no new criminal complaints had been made against him.
The four women were walking near a group of parked cars around 8.30pm on Tuesday when Bohm came plowing their way in a dark gray four-door sedan.
He 'lost control,' hit three parked cars, which in turn ricocheted into the victims.
Two other people were treated at a local hospital as a result of the crash.
Witnesses said that Bohm was unscathed after the incident and attempted to leave the scene until onlookers apprehended him.
Niamh Ralston was one of four Pepperdine University students killed when a BMW crashed into a parked car and then hit them in Malibu on Tuesday night. She was due to celebrate her 21st birthday next month

Sheriff’s Sgt. Maria Navarro said that alcohol was not believed to be a factor, after officers conducted a field sobriety test.
The City of Malibu said that a 'speeding motorist' was to blame for the crash.
Officials said that there was a Pepperdine fraternity party being held in the area, and that the victims had been planning to meet up with others at the time of the tragedy.
Niamh, Asha, and Peyton all lived together in college last year, their social media pages suggested.
A tragic video also emerged of the four Pepperdine sorority girls laughing over dinner and drinks together just weeks before their deaths.
The four girls went on vacations together, spent time in their sorority house with one another, and often posed for formals together. Tributes poured in for the women.
According to her LinkedIn page, Niamh Rolston also worked as cheer and gymnastic coach while Asha Weir was a writing tutor at the school in her spare time.
Peyton Stewart volunteered at an old folks home and recently completed an internship at TikTok.
Deslyn Williams's employer paid tribute to her in a heartbreaking Facebook post saying: 'When you get the saddest news -21 miles of devastation - a road full of heart break.' One commenter wrote: 'Deslyn, RIP my queen.'

The area where the crash occurred is known to locals as 'Dead Man's Curve' thanks to the high volume of incidents in the area.
The fire captain described the accident as 'horrible', adding: 'Unfortunately, we have four DOA's, we have four victims that did not survive.
'The sheriff is out here and they're going to have a massive investigation to find out what caused this. It's a tough scene right now.'
As crews were on the scene Wednesday morning, one of the cars involved could still be seen by the side of the highway, where almost the entirety of the rear driver's side was crumpled by the collision.
The crash is still under investigation, however officials have indicated that they believe speed was a factor.
Locals were quick to note that the area the crash happened has a notorious reputation for speeding, and the tragedy did not come as a surprise.
'Since Covid, there has been an increase of incredible racing up and down this highway,' said Malibu resident Joan Zoloth.
'(It is) all night long, enough that you can hear it over the waves, and we live on the beach side.
'It's non-stop,' she added, claiming that others in the area have complained about 'drag racing' along the stretch of road.
Los Angeles County Fire Captain Sheila Kelliher-Berkoh also noted speed likely contributed to the tragedy.
'It's tough. Everybody picks up their speed… this is a very heavily populated pedestrian area, so it's one of those scary things where it's like 'Hey people, slow down,' she said.
Malibu has witnessed 4,000 traffic collisions on its 21-mile PCH in the last decade.

— including more than 1,500 that involved injuries. In the same time period, excessive speed was the most common violation given on more than 100,000 traffic citations, according to the city.
Pepperdine University Vice President for Student Affairs Connie Horton said that the victims brought a 'unique gift and spirit' to the school.
A prayer service for the victims will be held at Pepperdine on Thursday at 10am.
'Earlier today, we learned that four precious lives who brought joy and light to our campus were taken from us suddenly, tragically, and incomprehensibly,' Pepperdine President Jim Gash wrote in a message to the university community.
'As we await further details from the investigation, we pray for our entire community,' the university said on X.
Fiona Moriarty, a close friend of Deslyn, said in tribute: 'You were such a bright and shining star. I can’t believe I’m typing this. My heart is broken.
'You were the life of the party. You always had the best outfits for the occasion and were the best photographer. Your laughter was contagious.

'I wish I could bring you back to life and dance with you on the party bus down PCH, but I know you’ll be the best vet and take care of all the animals up in heaven. RIP Angel. Fly high.'
Fiona's sister Nora Moriarty-McLaughlin, who was in the same sorority as the girls, also said: 'I can’t fathom that this is real, I don’t want to believe it. Deslyn was the type of person you ran to in a crowded room, she had the ability to make everyone feel special and loved.
'Her laughter was contagious and she was the one of funniest people I’ve ever met. She was truly one of a kind.
'There will only be one Deslyn.
'The world lost four irreplaceable souls, but heaven gained four beautiful angels.'
One of the girls' devastated friends, Rianna Dizon, wrote in a heartfelt statement online: 'The past 24 hours has been heartbreaking and devastating. there will never be enough words to describe the beautiful souls we lost.
'I don’t know how I was even lucky enough to have been friends with these women, but I will thank God for that every day.
'Deslyn- I have never met anyone as charismatic and passionate as you. you made everyone in every room feel welcomed, heard, seen, loved. I will cherish all the beautiful memories we have together forever and ill never forget your love for Jeni’s icecream.
'Thank you for always making me laugh and for being everyone’s (literally everyone) favorite hype woman. I love you so much.
'Asha- sweet asha with the kindest heart. I’ll never forget how hard we laughed together at the cheesecake factory and how pure and genuine you were to all your friends. I love you forever.
'Niamh- you were like another little sister to me. so stylish, so kind, and a loyal friend.
'Peyton- though I never had the honor of getting as close with you as my other sisters, it’s evident that you are so dearly loved by many, ill never forget your smile and your sweet hugs whenever I saw you. I love you angel.
'While what happened to you 4 was something so unfair and unimaginable, what comforts me is knowing that you are all together. please continue to pray over these beautiful women and their families.
'I thank my sisterhood Pepperdine Alpha Phi for introducing me to these angels and I will hold them close to my heart forever.'
